“ Um, Wow! 10x better than what I expected. These people know what they’re doing. The tri-tip French dip was the best tri-tip I’ve ever had. My friend got the brisket burger and it did not disappoint in size or flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and sweet. The service really nice. But who would even care because the sandwiches are 10 out of 5 stars. ”
“ Just what the doctor ordered after an epic 29 MTB mile ride down the McKenzie River! House Bacon Cheese Burger with Bourbon Stout beer and a Brisket Burger and Cider! Great combos and devilish treat of a Lava Brownie with Vanilla ice cream afterwards! Unexpectedly amazing restaurant in the middle of nowhere, quality and tasty food, reasonably priced too! Wait staff was great - shout out to Angelica for doing an incredible job handling the rush of dinner crowd on a holiday weekend!!!! Most definitely coming back here!!! ”
“ We stopped by Easter breakfast, they had Easter special brisket egg Benedict, THE BEST I ever had and volume , delicious ,side fruits was also beautifully decorated! Friendly servers and nice ambiance. What a treat. Thank you so much for making our day so special! ”
“ Delicious food, good drinks, friendly staff. The lead cook even came out and chatted with my boyfriend (also a cook) about kitchen setup, processes, food and what it takes to run the place. Be prepared to wait for service and food, this is NOT fast food or a large chain that cranks out mostly flavorless, consumable, garbage. All in all, a lovely experience with great food and staff. Will stop in again. ”
“ 10/10! Highly recommend! Best burgers we have had hands down. Espresso was delicious too! We will look for an opportunity to stop in again. ”
“ Delicious food great drinks fun waitress..we go here 1 night during our 3 day camp trip... brisket sandwich so yummy ”
“ Had the pastrami burger and the chowder food was next level... staff was amazing, the atmosphere and people inside this establishment made me sooooooooo happy 20/10... ”
“ After more than fifty years of testing, I have finally found the world’s best burger. No lie. The brisket burger melts a thin slice of havarti cheese over a small mound of brisket that has been cut in chunks. The brioche bun, tender brisket, and fresh ground patty all melt in your mouth, they are so tender. A little red onion and horseradish mayo give a backdrop to some of the most savory and expertly cooked meats. Unbelievably good. The clam chowder was brilliant as well. The chowder was more heavily seasoned than most New England clam chowders but one of a kind and in good taste. McKenzie Station Restaurant is punching way above its weight for such a small community. ”
